Welcome to Vijaya Soft Solution. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Vijaya Soft Solution ("we", "us", "our") is a professional software development company based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India, specializing in billing software, management systems, web applications, and custom software solutions.

We provide the following services:

• Software Development: Custom software solutions including billing software, school management systems, hospital management systems, and enterprise applications.
• Web Development: Static websites, dynamic websites, web applications, and e-commerce platforms.
• Mobile App Development: Native and hybrid mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Maintenance & Support: Ongoing technical support, software updates, and maintenance services.
• Consulting Services: Software consultation, system analysis, and technology advisory services.

• Pricing: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹). Our standard packages start from ₹3,000 for static websites, ₹5,000 for dynamic websites, and ₹7,000 for web applications.
• Payment Schedule: Typically requires 50% advance payment before project commencement and 50% upon project completion. Custom payment schedules may be arranged for larger projects.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, online payment gateways, and other digital payment methods.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are provided only in cases where we are unable to deliver the agreed services. Once work has commenced, advance payments are non-refundable.
• Late Payment: Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom software or website developed specifically for them. However:

• We retain rights to reusable code libraries, frameworks, and tools developed by our team.
• Third-party libraries and open-source components remain under their respective licenses.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
• Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the software as their own development.

• Free Support Period: We provide 30 days of free technical support and bug fixes after project delivery.
• Extended Support: Annual maintenance contracts (AMC) are available for ongoing support, updates, and enhancements.
• Warranty Coverage: We guarantee that delivered software will function as per agreed specifications. Any defects will be rectified free of charge during the warranty period.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover issues arising from client modifications, third-party integrations, or hosting environment problems.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project requirements, content, images, and necessary materials in a timely manner.
• Reviewing and approving project milestones within agreed timelines.
• Ensuring all provided content is original or properly licensed and does not infringe on third-party rights.
• Maintaining secure backups of their data and software.
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
• We are not responsible for data loss due to client's failure to maintain backups or third-party service failures.
• We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access, viruses, or other malicious code not originating from our services.

• Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days written notice.
• We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if payment obligations are not met.
• Upon termination, clients must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
• We will provide source code and documentation for paid work upon request after final payment.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
